1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ReplyBop ("the Service"), operated by Sulyx ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyBop is an AI-powered email automation platform that connects to your Gmail account via OAuth, classifies incoming emails, and generates draft replies using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Gmail Data & Permissions

By connecting your Gmail account, you grant ReplyBop permission to read incoming emails, access sent email history, and create draft replies on your behalf. You may revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your Gmail account in the app or revoking access in your Google account settings. Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service to send automated bulk email or circumvent email provider policies.
• Share your account or access credentials with third parties.

6. Billing & Subscriptions

ReplyBop offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. AI-Generated Content

Draft replies are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any drafts before sending them. ReplyBop is not liable for the content of AI-generated drafts or any consequences of sending them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sulyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
