2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name and email address when you register or log in via Google OAuth.
• Gmail data — when you connect a Gmail account, we access incoming email metadata (sender, subject, body text) and sent email history via the Gmail API. This data is used solely to classify emails and generate draft replies.
• Context profiles — information you provide during onboarding or in your context settings (identity, company info, contacts, templates, tone preferences, rules).
• Usage data — aggregate counts of emails processed and drafts generated, used for plan limit enforcement.
• Payment information — billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe may collect payment details subject to their own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Classify incoming emails to determine which need a reply.
• Generate personalized draft replies using your context and writing style.
• Analyze your sent email history (when you opt in) to learn your communication patterns.
• Enforce plan limits and process billing.
• Improve and maintain the service.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties only as needed to operate the service:

• Google — Gmail API access for reading emails and creating drafts. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• OpenAI / Anthropic — email content is sent to AI providers for classification and draft generation. We do not send identifying information beyond what is in the email content itself.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid subscriptions.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and processed email records for as long as your account is active. Email content used for classification and draft generation is stored in our database to allow you to review past drafts. You may request deletion at any time.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Disconnect your Gmail account at any time, which revokes our access.

7. Security

We use encryption for OAuth tokens at rest, HTTPS for data in transit, and industry-standard security practices. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
